Green Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups nut milk (or water)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 can of pumpkin
3 - 4 handfuls of spinach
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground or a slice of fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 drops OnGuard Essential Oil blend by doTERRA
4-5 ice cubes
2 cups nut milk (or water)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 can of pumpkin
3 - 4 handfuls of spinach
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground or a slice of fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 drops OnGuard Essential Oil blend by doTERRA
4-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Place chia seeds and oats in a bowl with your nut milk. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. While that is getting happy, pull out and prep the other ingredients.
Add all remaining ingredients to your blender, except for the ice and essential oils. Blend well and scrape down the sides. Taste. Could it use another dash of something?
Add the ice cubes and OnGuard oil blend.
Serve in tall glasses and be grateful for all the goodness your body is absorbing.

Its hard for me to make a smoothie without a big handful of greens - why miss such a great opportunity for added nutrition?! The spinach is mild and does nothing to alter the amazing flavor of this smoothie.

The scent of wild orange essential oil, combined with clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary is comforting and restorative. Do I need to say I highly recommend it?
