Spinach Basil Pizza

This is time for the dough to proof. If using pre-made crust, french bread, or other, your prep time will be shorter!

2 - 4 people
Ingredients:
dough / crust of choice
1 - 2 big bunches of spinach
1 bunch of fresh basil
1 bunch of fresh dill
cashew cheese
real sea salt
fresh ground pepper
red chili flake
extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Prepare dough or crust to package instructions.
Dress your crust with sauce or spread.
Top with a mountain of greens.
Drizzle with evoo and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10-15 minutes at 450 degrees F until greens have wilted and crust is golden.
Finish with red chili flakes.
It will be hard, but try not to devour too quickly!
